Ahhh...these fried veggies bring back so many memories for me. 

And during this time I am searching for all the things that make me happy, even if it's fried food.

Fried Veggies Recipe

1 cup Drakes Mix

1/2 cup Soda Water

splash of Vanilla Extract

1. Prep your veggies. 

we like cauliflower, broccoli, onion rings, zucchini and pickles

2. Get your frying oil ready.

I use vegetable oil

3. Mix your ingredients together. 

one tip: make sure the Soda water is Ice Cold

4. Drop your veggies into the batter, make sure they are well coated and place them gently into the hot oil.

5. When they are golden brown take them out of the oil and place them on a paper towel lined plate. Dab the extra oil off of them, and add salt if you would like.
